Keene Resident Stopped By Police For Biking (Video)

KPD stops a Keene resident for bicycling on Central Square. Resident was afraid he might be hit by a car and had the bicycle on the sidewalk. KPD issued a warning, after forcing him to identify himself.

NY Judge Orders Release of Fed Emergency Loan Reports

Via Bloomberg: NY Judge Loretta Preska ruled that the Federal Reserve is not exempt from FOIA requests and must provide records of it’s emergency loans to the public.
