Where will the US get all this wind power from? Wind farms, built along a path in the US that stretches from Mexico to Canada. The land the wind farms will be built from will be seized from citizens using eminent domain.
“I think we’re talking eminent domain,” Pickens told reporters after the hearing, referring to the practice in which the government sometimes seizes private property with monetary compensation.
