Worms cause Global Warming
First humans, then cows, now worms are accused of Global Warming. It’s a pity they don’t realize it is really Global Cooling, and we are all going to die.

OpenDNS on La Fonera
Yesterday, David Ulevitch of OpenDNS left a comment asking if I had seen the filtering options of OpenDNS. Before that comment, I had not heard of OpenDNS, so I decided to give it a try. Both OpenDNS and ScrubIT operate the same way. They give you two DNS servers to connect to, and require no software on your computer. I fired up SSH and prepared to give OpenDNS a try.
Scrubbing La Fonera
I have been using ScrubIT for a while now on my personal computer, but thought it would be great if I could have it forced on all my computers in the house. The ideal solution would be to use ScrubIT’s DNS servers on my Fon router, but the Fon has space for one DNS: Fon’s. So I added it manually.
First, you have to enable SSH to the Fon router. The router runs Linux, and once SSH is enabled, the rest is pretty simple. Instructions here: Hacking the La Fonera.
Now, you have to add the DNS servers manually. Normally, DNS settings in Linux are located in /etc/resolv.conf. I made the changes to /etc/resolv.conf.fon. SSH to your Fon, and use your favorite text editor (I used vi) to add the following lines to /etc/resolv.conf.fon:
nameserver 67.138.54.100
nameserver 207.225.209.66Global Cooling out to get us: 2020
And now it is back to Global Cooling. The earth will be in a state of cooling in 2020 according to the Canada.com article. Look, even liberals are saying man made Global Warming is trash!
