I have only read about this in books… like 1984, but it seems to have happened. On several Big Bro cameras in one UK town, they are placing loudspeakers. Now, not only will a person feel like he is being watched, he’ll know it and always be on his best behavior.
I think it will just give criminals an added “rush,” to any crime they commit. It will give the schizophrenic people a reason to be shcizo. And for the sake of the party, most people will comply and be well mannered in public. At home, until the government places cameras in there, it will be the same mess.
