Neat song on Islam
I just heard this song on Islam on Jason Coleman’s website, and I think it is one of the best songs I ever heard. Hehe.

Lets eliminate poverty!
I have an idea! We can eliminate poverty! It’s easy! Just provide me with lots of money, and we will have the solution to poverty, in a few years. After we buy stuff for poverty elimination. Like that new 72 inch plasma TV. It will greatly increase the chances of me being able to see poor people on TV and reach out to them.
The Canadian government has decided to try to help Aboriginal Canadians and eliminate poverty among them. Thats a great idea, isn’t it? CTV has their plans here, and I am nicely providing an American translation here:
Close the gap in education — so by 2016, the high school graduation rate for aboriginal students equals that of other Canadians.
Success! I shall learn Dvorak!
Yes! The Apple pro keyboard that came with the iMac can be converted into Dvorak! Now I can learn Dvorak, except for one small problem… there is a bug in the the Finder of Mac OS 10.2 that resets the keyboard layout to Qwerty every time I log in. Now, I did not like Apple’s solution to the problem (it did not work), so I decided to figure it out myself. After a day of looking around my system I found the solution.
After selecting Dvorak as the layout, I copied the file,
~/Library/Preferences/ByHost/com.apple.HIToolbox.(long number).plist
to
~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.HIToolbox.plist
and to
/Library/Preferences/com.apple.HIToolbox.plist
And logged out. When I logged in, my layout was Dvorak, and I was happy :).
Happy Thanksgiving!
I have a lot to be thankful for this year! My laptop LCD died earlier this summer and someone gave me a monitor to use my laptop with. Shortly afterward a few people helped me to start this website, and even helped me code it. I got a really cool job. I even figured out a way to make my website behave like a google news clone, but only with conservative news.
What I really should be thankful for is this past month. So much has happened that I can’t wait to take a small break! I found out I was allergic to Keflex two weeks ago. I had trouble breathing and my hands started to turn blue, and I am still alive! Thank God I found out now! (And not later, far away from medical attention!)
